Instructions to Authors

CHIMIA, a scientific journal for chemistry in the broadest sense, covers the interests of a wide and diverse readership. Contributions from all fields of chemistry and related areas are considered for publication in the form of Review Articles and Notes. A characteristic feature of CHIMIA are the special topic issues, in which the contents of one issue is devoted to an area of chemistry of great current significance. Special issues are usually organized by a guest editor who is in charge of inviting the contributors an collecting the manuscripts. The final decision to accept or reject a contribution is taken by the Editor in Chief of CHIMIA.

Before writing a manuscript for CHIMIA, be sure to read the "Instructions to Authors". Please also consult a recent issues of the journal to see the actual format of the publication and the layout of a particular article type.

References can be formatted using one of the CHIMIA citation styles forEndnote, Mendeley, Zotero or Papers. For installation of the style file, please follow the help manual of your reference management  software.
